All returns must be accompanied by a RA (Return Authorization) number.
You can receive your RA number simply by calling our customer service phone number 800-960-0305 between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 5:30 P.M. EST Monday to Friday. Returns without a RA number will NOT be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded. Unless shipped in error by Online Medical Supply.com, return shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Due to health, hygienic and safety regulations, products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are non-returnable. Products that come in contact with the body; can not be returned - they are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened per Public Health Policy and per our policy.
