We are committed to ensuring your total satisfaction with our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us for full credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by a RA (Return Authorization) number.
You can receive your RA number simply by calling our customer service phone number 800-960-0305 between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. EST Monday to Friday. Returns without a RA number will NOT be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded. Unless shipped in error by Online Medical Supply.com, return shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
