EquaGel® Straight Comfort Cushion
The most popular of all the EquaGel® wheelchair seat cushions with skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. It is a flat gel cushion incorporating the two-stage gel configuration. Much of its popularity with nursing and therapy professionals is that it is not dependent upon knowledgeable staff to properly place the gel cushion in a wheelchair – it can be frontwards, backwards or sideways and still perform as designed. The EquaGel® Straight Comfort Wheelchair Seat Cushion will provide the user with extended comfort while aiding to prevent pressure sores. This cushion also aids in wound care treatment.
100% EquaGel® 2-Stage Gel: 1st Stage (Top) has small open cells with thin walls for comfort. 2nd Stage (Bottom) has larger cells with thick walls for support.
